You are requested to uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app on your device.

If you are not able to connect the printer again, restore your mobile phone’s network settings by the following set of instructions.

Confirm if the HP Envy printer is switched on.

Tap the Settings menu on the printer’s control panel.

Look for the option called Backup and Reset.

Under the Reset tab, click the settings called Reset Network.

Click the option called Reset Settings on the control panel screen.

Enter a PIN, Password, or Fingerprint on the LCD screen if it is enabled on the printer.

Select the Reset Settings option again.

Wait until a confirmation message displays on the printer LCD screen after the reset process.

Obtain the printer connection again using the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer control panel using the steps provided below.

On the home screen of your printer, tap the Wireless icon and then click Setting or Gear icon.

Tap the option called Wireless Setup Wizard.
