Installing printers [Guide]

When you talk about installing the printers in common, there are a set of checks that you can perform to see if the problem is resolved.

To connect more than three printers using a USB is a good idea, but it is better if you can have a USB hub to ensure proper connection to all the printers. You also should check if there is a faulty cable that is not letting you to install other printers provided you have the appropriate driver for it.

Depending on your printer model, go to the manufacturer’s site, search for your printer model and navigate to the software and drivers download page and get the right driver and install it. You do everything perfect and if you miss out the driver, it is not going to resolve the problem. Especially, look for a full feature driver that gives you access not only to the printer functions but also to its additional features and applications. If all went right but still you are facing the trouble, then check whether your computer operating system is restricting you to install the driver. If so, then you might need a system version update that passes the printer driver. After all the processes have been done, as a final step, simply restart all your devices. If this too does not give hope to resolve the issue, then check if you are trying to install the same printer model again and hence it is not allowing. In that case, remove all the current printer drivers installed on your printer and reinstall with the new one according to the printer you choose to add. Seem to be like a huge solution isn’t it, but if you read fully, it won’t even take a few minutes to test the entire lot.
