Deskjet 2135 Cartridge Issue |Resolved

    The HP DeskJet 2135 is compact, All-in-One printer with all the required features to print wirelessly from any suitable device. The printer supports both black and color ink cartridges. Refer the manufacturer’s site to know the cartridges compatible with the printer.
    The printer may not recognize the cartridges if they are in the wrong slot, not properly seated, or due to dust/dirt build up on the contacts.

    The steps below might help you resolve the issue.

    1.Make sure that the ink cartridges that you have loaded into the printer are compatible with your printer. You can purchase replacement cartridges from the HP Store or local retailers.
    2.Power up the printer and once it is idle, open the cartridge access door.
    3.Wait for the carriage to stop moving. Remove the color ink cartridge from its slot.
    4.Check if the contacts are clean. If you find ink smears or dirt, clean the contacts using a using a moist cotton swab. Clean the area around the nozzles of the cartridge.
    5.Reach the inside of the cartridge access area and clean the contacts of the printer.
    6.Reinsert the cartridge into the printer. Make sure the cartridges are secured in the correct slots.
    7.Close the access door and try to print.
    8.If the issue remains unresolved, reset the printer.
