HP Sprocket 200 Bluetooth connection issues

  • Try resetting the network settings on your HP printer.
  • Navigate to the Settings window on the control panel of the printer.
  • Press the Backup & Reset option.
  • Now touch the Network Reset Settings option and then tap the Reset Settings button.
  • Verify if there are any updates available on your mobile device.
  • Make sure to link your smartphone to the Wireless Fidelity or Wi-Fi network.
  • Open the Settings menu on your mobile and select the About Phone option.
  • Press the Check for Updates option and an Update button will display on the screen if any updates are available, touch it.
  • The update process varies based upon the version of the operating system used on your mobile device.
  • Now reboot your smartphone and then check if the error has been rectified.
  • Make sure your HP printer supports the Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Check if the Bluetooth feature is enabled on the HP printer and mobile phone.
  • Power saving and airplane mode may turn Off certain functions of the device.
  • Airplane mode will disable the radio frequency components, including Bluetooth.
  • Turn Off the Power Save and Airplane modes on your mobile and then ensure if the error has been fixed.
  • Reset your HP Sprocket 200 printer to rectify the problem.
  • Upgrade the firmware of your Sprocket 200 printer.
  • Make sure to switch On the Sprocket printer.
  • Connect your mobile phone and printer to the Internet.
  • Open the Sprocket application on your smartphone and touch the Menu icon.
